5. Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered final once the babu play system has successfully confirmed it and the applicable amount has been deducted from the user's account. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, it will be considered void.

5.2 Errors and Incorrect Quotes

babu play reserves the right to cancel bets placed on the basis of a technical error, data feed issue, or clearly incorrect odds/quotes. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

5.3 Maximum Win Limit

babu play reserves the right to set a maximum payable amount from any single event or game round. Claims for winnings above the set limit will not be accepted.

5.4 Multi-Bets and Combination Bets

A multi-bet combines multiple selections, and the entire bet is lost if any selection is incorrect. The system automatically calculates the combined odds for a multi-bet, and it is entirely the user's responsibility to review the displayed odds and potential return before confirming the bet.

6. VIP and Cashback Program

6.1 VIP Tiers

babu play's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4%, the Silver tier up to 0.8%, and the Gold tier up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

6.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is paid on net losses (total losses minus total winnings) at the applicable rate. For example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

6.3 Tier Determination

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's activity and overall participation on the platform. Maintaining consistent gaming activity over a set period is required to advance to a higher tier.

7. User Code of Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on babu play:
